I am staying in Midland! YAY!!! My companion is leaving and going to Battle Creek. My new companion we think is named Sister Gardner or Garner. We don't know much about her though. Then more crazy news...
The Elders in the Midland 1st ward, so the elders that I serve with, Elder Thompson and Elder Strauss, are closing their area. MINDS BLOWN!! We thought they were lying to us when they told us, but nope they aren't. So yesterday I sat down with them for a couple hours and got the lowdown on everyone. Starting Monday, I will be meeting with 23 investigators weekly. Hopefully there will be some awesome baptisms. We will be teaching a ton! I now will be serving in Midland, Hope, Sanford, Beaverton and Coleman.
We believe this is happening because a lot of people have been leaving the mission and not tons of people have been coming out.
We had an early new years party at the church which was tons of fun, We were able to get some investigators to that party which was just wonderful.
